Trying isn't the same as doing

Sort of play around at times. A few bites of something before meals, a little snack between meals. Even though I have healthy meals, the little in between stuff does count and does add up without me even being aware sometimes.

    Yes, it's the "small stuff" that can hurt your efforts.

But, count those little bites and you can and will reach your goal!
