Killer Abs and Cardio Circuits

I killed my legs on Monday. Killed my upper body on Wednesday. So today it was only right to kill my abs... right!?!?!

Here is what I did if you would like to try it out. I made this circuit on my own with things that I have done during my workouts. I like creating workout plans... and sharing!

Killer ABS and Cardio Circuit

WARM UP: Run 2 laps on the track


AB CIRCUIT #1 - Complete this circuit 4 times through
- Sit Ups with 12 pound weight (15 reps)
- Russian Twist with 12 pound weight (15 reps)
- Reverse Crunch (15 reps)


*** RUN 2 FAST LAPS ON THE TRACK ***


AB CIRCUIT #2 - Complete this circuit 4 times through
- 1 minute plank
- Bicycle Crunch (15 reps)
- Windmills with 10 pound weight (5 pounds in each hand) (12 reps)


*** RUN 2 FAST LAPS ON THE TRACK ***


AB CIRCUIT #3 - Complete this circuit 4 times through
- Crab walk (I did this going up a ramp)
- Cable Machine Twist (used 30 pounds - 12 reps each side)
- Leg Raise (I used the captains chair and did 10 reps)


*** RUN 1 FAST LAP ON THE TRACK ***


CARDIO CIRCUIT #4 - Complete this circuit 4 times through
- Mountain Climbers (25 reps)
- Jumping Jacks (25 reps)
- Quick steps on a step (25 reps)
- Jump Rope (100 jumps)


COOL DOWN..... AND STRETCH! STRETCH! STRETCH!!!! emoticon
