Habits that are making me fail:
1. I eat when I'm cold.
2. But I /like/ automatic eating!
3. Emotional eating - especially when "It's not working any way".
4. Resentment of restrictions
5. Give up too easily.
1. Put on a sweater / socks.
2. Eat grapes, plain popcorn - drink water with meals
3. See #2
4. Find healthy ways to deviate from the plan
5. Just keep swimming. Every time I stop, recognize it and start again.
