Been on program today, and I have the food to keep me on target tonight.
I tried that Quick and Easy Vegan Mexican Black Bean Corn Soup for lunch. YUM! Actually, I added some soy "ground beef" to make it a bit more filling.
It's the Friday before a long weekend, so while I'm I'll gung ho to get a lot done this weekend, I'm also a bit tired.
If I can do a few minutes on the elliptical tonight, I'll be happy!
