This year I plan to work on lowering my cholesterol 50 pt although I haven't had it checked in a while. My doctor would like me to go on staton drugs but I refuse. My mom had ALS and they are finding a link between statins and ALS. My blood pressure has been a little elevated so would like to get that down also.
I am going to lose 6-7 lbs by June. My younger son is suppose to get married this summer which is a whole other story. I am not very happy about . He is 22 she 19 basically he has changed from having goals to being on the fire dept to no goals. She has no goals they have zero money and none of my family can attend the weddings because it is out if state where she lives. Not even my older son can get off work to fly up there and the younger son and gf,refuses to listen, change the date where everyone can attend or wait. But I would lose weight before the wedding.
My other goals are to cut way back on the sugar having been diagnosed with fibromyalgia this week I would like to get rid of the sugar that is suppose to help. I don't drink alcohol and have 1/2 cup of coffee in am. Don't drink soda and try and drink water,or herbal tea. I do plan on increasing my water in take.
As far as workouts and exercise I am very happy where I am at. I am increasing the pounds on the machines slowly and seeing muscles! I don want to,get rid of back fat! It is getting better. I also would like to add more stretching exercises in. I am going to go to PT where they will give me some for my back.....
Sounds like a lot of changes but I am ready for them this year!
