Day #16 of 40 - Yaaayyyy it's Friday

I need a morning of sleeping in and today would have been perfect since it's in the 40's here!!! But it's a day of work so I'm here. It's a wonderfully long weekend and I'm hoping to lounge, and get some things ready or done. I'm ready to take on my house projects again...so I'll be stocking up on my supplies this weekend I hope.

Yesterday I maintained my eating plan. I'm really slacking on drinking my water so I'm going to focus on getting that done today. I didn't workout since I'm still not feeling up to par. I think I'm having an semi-allergic reaction to the antibotics. I checked the side affects and that's definitely what I'm experiencing. So I stopped taking them on Wednesday, hopefully they'll be out of my system soon. The doc had me taking them 3 times a day which I didn't even think about it being a lot. Don't think I ever took antibotics that many times a day that I can recall.

Hopefully I get off early and I'm feeling well enough to get to the gym and workout. I'm missing the discipline of my workouts. I had it under control and I'm feeling like I'm missing something by not getting it done. ILOVE this feeling!!! It's what I was going for when I did the 1 year challenge. I'm currently 4 days away from my 1/2 way mark on this 40 day challenge and I'm feeling like it's getting easier or more a part of my eating habits each day. I have had recent bouts with wanting things outside my plan but only once or twice in 16 days...FABooo!

Well I hope everyone is having a successfull new year, new you thus far. Let's maintain through the weekend. The scale was showing me favor this morning at 271.3 so I'm hoping to keep that moving downward.
