So I joined a FB group for losing weight to go to Disney World and Friday is their weigh-in day. My 100plus to lose weigh in is Monday but I just use Friday, it's much easier to remember one day then to weigh in multiple days. Anyways- I started at 266.6 and today I nervously stepped on the scale, nervous because I have been nursing an injured toe so I have not been able to work out.
I guess you want my number, right? Well I lost 4.4lbs!!!! I am now 262.2lbs :D
The funny thing is while I made better choices, I didn't always make the best choice. As I said in a previous bog my goal for this first week was to track. Not to necessarily eat the best foods but to get in the habit of tracking. Which I have done really well at.
Next week I will be under 260lbs :D
