How I Eat Healthy

I like to prepare two large meals on the weekend that will serve for the coming week. I choose vegan recipes most of the time. I go grocery shopping once a week for the ingredients and other supplies I will need. A big pot of soup finishes this off. This works for me because I know what I am eating and how much of it. And, I just like to cook.

    Oh my goodness, I have a New Year's Resolution to cook and it is killing me. I can feel the lbs load on. i am not used to this and have to find the balance. Great pointers.

    That is an awesome way to cook. I Love to cook also. And since completely revamping our diets, I love to cook new things! Mostly veggies and soups. After being forced to eat away from home, I really applaud you efforts to manage your meals! Woo HOO! emoticon

    sounds good to me! I'm getting mine down (vegan also) and do it once a week, now working on family's once a week...that's the hard part.
