A great big Thank You to everyone!!!!

First of all, I want to Thank everyone for their supporting words and encouragement on my blogs, especially this week since I am having such a hard time with exercising!!!!!!!!

It means a lot to me and the cheering me on has helped me get thru my first week. There is still tomorrow and I will rest Sunday, but have completed 5 days at 32 minutes walking each day - - I'm more than satisfied! I got 2 sessions in this morning - I was so exhausted yesterday, and today, a new day I feel good!

Next week's plan is to walk emoticon 3 sessions every day
between 10 to 15 minutes each to increase endurance, not speed.
I think I will try 10 minutes per session Monday, 11 mins Tuesday, 12 mins Wed, 13 mins Thurs, 14 mins Fri, and 15 mins Saturday.
We'll see emoticon Patience!

The eating healthy is going well.....surprisingly I have no problem with this. It's not work at all because I'm enjoying the healthier foods, feel satisfied and am having fun trying new recipes. The scale has stuck for the last 3 days, but Oh well! I'm doing everything right.
