So tomorrow is the day that I finally cave in and join a gym! Actually one of my friends talked me into it cause she just joined and had no one to go with. I finally found my workout buddy! No more making excuses I cant go on a walk outside because the weather is bad out! It may be a little costly but it will all be worth it end the end! Its called anytime fitness so they are open 24/7 and on the plus side it is only about a mile away from where I work!
Just got back from the store and loaded up and fresh fruits and veggie and I picked up whey protein! Kind of confused on the protein! I mean I know what it does but how should I take it? Should I have it as a meal? Or should I take it before I workout? HELP PLEASE!!!!
