I am loving our unusual warm weather...Wearing the sunglasses and wide hat with an urgency to add up my steps on the beach. Hoping to do this right now caring for a family member with a broken foot..Be careful when your in a bathtub a fall could be quite serious if your a senior. A chair in the tub or a handle to hold on to are better choices. Anyone for a stroll on the beach? Have a fabulous & healthy weekend.

Sleek and slender! What a serene shot by the ocean! I have a cottage on the California Pacific Coast in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Those rocks looks similar:) Do you live by the ocean or is this vacation? I love your nature/exercise photos. I'm inspired to take some....once I lean out! You are an inspiration for aging gracefully:) I'm 41.

I'm also enjoying the mild winter. We had such a frigid one last year!

I'd love to walk on the beach!

It is essential to stay healthy and fit/flexible when we age.

Now, my beautiful friend, I think I will just come and join you immediately in my mind. The sand between my toes feels so warm. The sound of the ocean's rolling waves lend me a feeling of peace as the cawing of the sea gulls bids me "look up" and reflect on all the blessings the lord has given me in this beautiful world. Thanks for the mini vacation. I loved it.

Ahhh, it is warm here also, however a bit too windy to be at the beach.

If you decide to go, be sure to look for a seashell for me. :-)
