This was Thursday.

Well, after such a good day yesterday, today was rainy and dreary and I had a bad eating day and no exercise at all. I did sleep decent hours last nite, but I just dont' feel rested when I get up. I think it really has to do with getting on and staying on a routine... I know I accomplish a lot more that way and when I accomplish a lot, I feel better about myself, gotta get back on track,

Good class today.... we're also almost void of snow here too.... rain and fog do that.

    Hope you had a great Friday. Thursday is over and in the past...try to leave it there.
Our snow and cold has started again. We are to have at least five inches by Sunday. Looking forward to Spring!

    Hope Friday is better, Lila. I agree with you that maintaining a routine seems to help me stay on track. Here's to both of us figuring out how to better accomplish that! :)

    Spring is coming! I have SAD and take extra vitamin D in the winter. That seems to help. Hang in there and keep Sparking!

    You sounded a lot happier as well, when you were eating well and exercising.

Some people are really affected when they are eating fast foods and heavier meals as well as making their blood sugars run higher than normal. This will also make you feel sluggish and with very little motivation and energy, make you feel run down and tired.

I do think you know what you need to do for yourself as you have mentioned these things in notes to me.
I know you can do this, you were doing it all summer!

Perhaps try mall walking? You seem to bargain shop several times a week, so make a deal with yourself and mall walk the corridor back and forth a couple of laps with your treat to yourself being your favorite hobby of bargain hunting. Go with the work and reward system, don't do the walk, don't get to shop...

I do know you have this will power inside of you! Or ...the snow is disappearing, so must mean it is warmer there now....get Buddy and start your walks to the dam and back again. Buddy would love you for it as the little guy does like his walks!
