My Smart Goals
My goal is to stay in Maintenance. Through out the challenge and for the rest of my life actually.
Specific and Measurable:
I will stay within 5lbs of my goal weight.
Attainable and Realistic:
I can do this by simply continuing to do what I am doing. Watching portion sizes, exercising and handling my emotions through meditation and/or journaling
this twelve week BLC24 challenge
My SMARTS Goal: why do you want it? Ask yourself the “5 Why’s”
1. For mental cooping skills
2. For better health (feel better)
3. To be a positive role model for my family
4. To be able to live a long life and see my children's children!
5. For Stress relief
Behavior goals: You can directly control this type of goal; it’s an action you can choose to do every day.
Behavior goal 1: I will watch portion sizes and keep in calorie ranges
Behavior goal 2: Never deprive myself of anything. 80/20 paleo diet works best for me.
Behavior goal 3: Do my very best in all BLC challenges. Do them all even if I don’t particularly like them.
