Day 11 of the fatloser.com
What I choose to take away are these thoughts:
Old habits are strong and established. It takes a fight to replace them.
Keep your goal close in mind and before your eyes.
Things you say to yourself have consequences, good or bad, depending on what you say.
A fear and scarcity based mindset keeps you micromanaging small stuff rather than responding to greater opportunities.
Stop looking for shortcuts. Make the changes needed.
When you feel like a victim, fight back with self-talk.
My three statements to write and repeat:
1. Temporary hunger is not a crisis.
2. Food is plentiful, so I don't have to eat it all now.
3. I am able and willing to do the work required to be fit and healthy on an ongoing basis.
