I Did. I Did Have A Tummy Ache!
Everything was going so well. Then, ouch, got hit with something. Exercise was in full swing with 9/6/6 mile runs, and only one pain in my left foot. Tuesday was going to be a rest/stretch/walk day with starting to work on a resume. Home early that day and it all went down hill. Awoke that morning at 183.2 pounds, was back to bed by 10 AM. Awoke Wednesday at 184.8 pounds and stayed right in bed (freezing, tired). Had to work the bar at night, and the sickness decided to "leave" me in the middle of my shift.
NOT MUCH FUN, I TELL YOU
So today is- still cold, wide awake, energy back, hungry, starving, and super grumble belly. Also, back down to 183.2. Going to eat a lot of light today.
Previous weeks goal was to exercise 60 minutes a day.
Super successful! (except last day sick). This weeks goal is to work on my clothes every day. Who doesn't need to clean out their closets?
Resume. Four of this week's daily goals were resume driven. It is time to have a good one put together. I have to skip giving out the info on this one. Sorry, but it directly reflects my current job position. That's all I can put on an open public forum Once again, SORRY! Hope to update this soon.
Plans right now. Get my body back to even, record weight next week, run Saturday's race in the KOLD COLD ICEY SNOW
, pump out resume, make homemade hand and foot cream, go out Friday for Mom's B-day, figure out bills, big dinner Saturday night, work tonight, and back to work Sunday at 5 AM. Biggest goal is to catch up on blogs, updates, and emails.
I think I can handle it.
