Feeling great so far! I started Intermittent eating plan where you eat so many hours a day, and then stop for so many hours. Ive researched it before I did it , so I feel the benefits should outway the outcome. Some people are negative about this way of adapting to this type of eating plan. I think I am cautious to listen to how I feel and how my body responds, so far so good. I feel full most days and Im not thinking and dwelling on the food. I have energy to workout in the morning too!
