I'm tired! This morning's walk was really hard and I have 3 more to go today....only for 8 minutes each but.....my legs feel like two pieces of wood.
The plan says to walk every day, but I think I need to put in a rest day for tomorrow or I'll end up quiting like all the other times. Friday is market day
, I do have to do some shopping so I'll be slowly walking anyway.
Don't think of it as having to do three more today or four tomorrow...just look at each one at a time and tell yourself...just 8 minutes for now! I know you can do it, Jackie! Look how far you've come already!
Apparently some people are not familiar with Market Day and how much walking you will do ! Plus carrying everything home Two things to considers - slow and easy , the Turtle always wins - if you need to rest , rest . Do you where walking shoes and do you have pads in your shoes ? For me that made all the difference - or do half of the walk in the first part of day then rest and do the second part of the day - Many times when I first started I would exercise in segments.
