technology for the over 40...

All my life I've really been proud of keeping up with the times - always up to date with the latest in technology.

Pretty much since I hit 40, it's starting to pass me by. I use Google Drive, I have a tumblr, but I don't have the first clue how to make an app. How to connect my blog to my tumblr to facebook an other social media. How to even make a gosh darn web page with a template. Seriously, for me this is sad.

Anyone know where I can get over 40 tech lessons? Maybe there's something on the web :)

Anyway, time for a check in!

30 spark points a day: I'm upping this to 50. I am on track, logging again, and I know I need to stay involved to stay focused.

8 hours sleep: still getting more like 7 a night. I'm working later and trying to spend time with DH - fair tradeoff for now I guess?

Actively smile/actively be nice to DH (added that one): the last couple/few days, not so great. He is trying hard still though - good to have this check in to remind me to pay attention! I love him, I just live in my little autistic world sometimes :)

Exercise 10 minutes a day: last 2 days, yes! Step tracker today says 9000 steps so that's a pretty good day compared with 2000 the first day I started using it :)

Savings goal: save for November trip to New Orleans! I need to save 400 a month between now and then. It will mean some frugality but I can do it!

Do something towards automated income: Taxes completed - getting filed tomorrow! 3rd business is on a roll again. Still an elusive goal, but we're actively working on it :)

Got the flu shot, and got weighed officially at the doctor's - she was very impressed, down 33 lbs from the last time I was there, yay me!
