Every time I feel a food binge coming on I should go for a walk or walk in place to see how many steps I can take. If not, I'll sit down and eat and eat and eat. . The fitbit is really helping my motivation. Even if it isn't full workouts, I'm taking more and more steps everyday! Everything takes time and this is a great STEPPING stone for motivation to just get moving. . Full pun intended! =D

    emoticon Great job!! I have a SPAT emoticon and emoticon emoticon emoticon it. so much so I'm heading to being 15 for 15 emoticon with getting my daily steps in. It's now become a "game" and I'm having a emoticon emoticon
