Last round, i know i tried to focus on too many things at once; so this time, i'm going to follow the example of several teammates, and SIMPLIFY.
My Goals for BLC 24:
1. I'm going to track my nutrition 6/7 days... i think i'll allow myself imperfection!
2. I'm going to Exercise 4/7 days.... intentionally!
3. I'm going to redouble my efforts to drink 64oz water/day, get 7+hrs sleep/day, and continue to improve my nutrition on a Daily! basis, especially eating fewer simple carbs and fewer sugary treats.
4..?? i will try these, but mostly this is for my own reminder! :
McKennan four golden rules:
1. Eat when you're hungry, (and don't when you're not)
2. Eat what you fancy, not what you're told is good for you
3. Eat slowly and savor every mouthful
4. Stop as soon as you start to feel full.
