Happy new year, everyone!!

How's everyone doing? This is my first blog entry in months, and first in 2014.

I've recently started Beachbody's Focus T25, Shaun T's short yet intense 25-minute workouts.

I just finished Week One, and on to Week Two.

Going to try to do a bit more trampoline this evening. Walked, and did 10-min trampoline cardio workout this a.m. Busy day.

    I'm very curious about the T25 - the demo's I've seen of it make me wonder if I'm up for it, but to get that intense a workout done in 25 minutes would be great! I hope you'll let me know how it works out for you!
