How's everyone doing? This is my first blog entry in months, and first in 2014.
I've recently started Beachbody's Focus T25, Shaun T's short yet intense 25-minute workouts.
I just finished Week One, and on to Week Two.
Going to try to do a bit more trampoline this evening. Walked, and did 10-min trampoline cardio workout this a.m. Busy day.
