It's been two years since I've posted a blog, almost to the day.
What have I been up to? Well, I'm still on this weight loss journey, but the successes have been more than the failures lately. I'll never say that I have all this thing all figured out, but I'm looking at it in a different way now. Before my focus was always & solely on weight loss, now I'm truly focused on healthy living.
I started back running in August & joined a Biggest Loser competition at work, which I won. I then broke my toe last month & have yet to get back to running. It's healing slowly, but surely. Despite the time off from running, I still go to the gym daily, doing 45 minutes of strength training. I have continued to lose weight.
Now in the time of fasting - I'm doing a Daniel Fast - I hope to focus more on my spiritual & mental well-being: the whole package of health along with the physical.
