Good Evening Friends...Hope all is well. I am not happy at all. I threw out my back at work turning to file something and pulled something right in the middle. I can barely breathe it hurts so bad and this was at like 11am-ish today. So I will not be able to start my new program tonight. Nothing new is going on just trying to get thru each day of taxing the kids, work, school, home, and everything in between. We maybe going to look at a house this weekend, hopefully, if our loan will apply to Monroe County. The house is in the city we want but right on the border of our county and another. I did find out that the kids can still stay in their school if we did move to Monroe so that definitely helps our search! BUT only if our loan will apply there, just wanting to hear back about that! Hope everyone has a great night!
So of course I was up in 1.4lbs and 1.5 inches today. I am glad it was only that! This TOM usually I gain a couple so I will take it. Plus today is anew and I am starting over so I am pretending that didn't happen LOL
Only fitness I am getting is my daily walking still. I am working on getting a new routine going over the next 8 weeks. For the next 8 weeks I am doing JM 30 Day Shred. This week I plan to do 2 days then the next 2 weeks I will do 3 days per week, then the next 3 weeks I plan to do 4 days per week, then the remaining weeks I will do 5 days per week, once I have completed 30 Day Shred and have my routine established I plan to start doing other forms of cardio I love...Zumba, Kettlebells, Kickboxing and so on. In addition to my TNT that I do for BLC, I plan to do 1 ST session next week for 2 week then the next 3 weeks doing 2 days of ST each week then from then on doing 3 days per week.
I have been eating whatever at this point. I have been making both good and bad choices. My plan is after I have established my fitness routine (around Mar 26) I want to gradually start tracking my food again and establish that routine in the same manner as above.
NSV...I took the stairs in the parking garage today at work, like 10 flights. I only went down but that's a start, soon I will start going up but I will take the elevator up a few flights first then get off and walk the remaining until I can do it all the way!
