Full-time work & healthy living -a tough adjustment

    I try working out at least two mornings a week. I'm always so glad when it's out of the way! Do you have a lunch hour you can use to get some exercise in? Would it be easier to work out at home in the mornings? Just some ideas. Good luck! I know you will find a way.

    Im also having a hard time balancing work and working out. I just keep making myself do any little bit I can. Hopefully it will work out for both of us.

    i know what you mean about work...My job is about 5 months in the year and its hard work. We can start at 7am to 5pm sometimes but its about a hour each way drive for me..If I start at 7am I try to walk out the door at 550am. Which means I need to get up at 430am to do everything that needs done its monday to saturday job. Sometimes we work 7am-7pm days im off at 5pm I get out around 510pm cause we have to clean our boots everyday after we clock out. Which means its like 610pm-615pm or so before I make it home and we have to wash our clothes after we get home EVERY NIGHT! so time Im done that its like 7pm 730pm-ish... Then I need to clean out my lunch box and pack up a new lunch... We arent allowed to sit down and we have to stand in 1 place all day. My Back kills me...I have to wear rubber boots and the floor is smitheth.... not a good pair when u stand still for hours at a time....We get like 48-57 hours in a week.... Anyways luckly im on vacation right now. (off until may 2014) So I know it can be hard to put a full time job and healthly living together but Good Luck! and Happy you like ur new job!

    If you think its hard - it will be hard. Personally i trying not to think too much, just get on with what i am suppose to do. It may feel like pretty tough adjustment for you right now. Believe me - it is not. Just enjoy each day the way it comes. One day you will understand that you had it easy when little ones come along. You would think: what on earth did i do with all my time?

May be planning your meals and cooking some over weekend could help. What about doing some dvd workouts at home? You can always ask your boyfriend to join you emoticon
