To get back on track, I'm going to try replacing more of my evening snacks after I get off work at night with protein shakes. I've even got a new blender bottle(one of those that you just add ingredients and shake). So that way, I don't have the excuse of not feeling like getting blender out or cleaning it, and not waking the neighbors with the noise, either.
And I'm also thinking about changing my work schedule so I have more time to go to the skating rink for rollerblading more and riding my bike more once it gets warmer and the tires are replaced.
