BLC-24 Cruise - Smart Goals

These goals are to be met by the end of the 12 week cruise:

1. Lose 20 lbs.
2. Increase my walk time to 45 min 5 to 6 days a week.
3. Wear at least one size smaller clothes.
4. Lose at least 8 inches.
5. Post at least 6 days each week.
