There never seem to be enough hours in a day. I never got my workout in yesterday, but I did do my plank. Not a great day for Sparking, but good in other ways. I absolutely will get out for a run this afternoon. I've already let people know that I intend to do it. That and my plank. I think I'm at 2 minutes today. Just breathe.
Miss A. (my 7 year old) went for a run with me Monday afternoon. She ran ~2.5 miles at an 11:10 m/m pace. She decided to challenge herself to see how far she could go without walking. I bet she could have done more, but it was her call. I'm so proud of her! She'll be ready for The Color Run in April in no time! It makes me happy that she enjoys running with me. I hope it's something she can carry with her into high school and adulthood. What do you wish you had taught your kids early?
Goals for tomorrow:
~64+ oz water
~eat well and track
~30 min kickboxing and plank challenge
~set daily goals and Spark
~in bed by 10
