emoticon Goal #2:


As I mentioned my top resolution (goal) for 2014 is consistency. I've incorporated areas in my life where I want to be consistent this year. I've always been a yo-yo instead of going steady on my goals. Health is a priority before all. If you don't take care of you who will.

My health goal is to stay consistent with fitness, mental health (lower stress and have fun), take control of my pcos, practice healthy habits (eating, less drinking, etc). These are things I want to monitor year round and forever, but I must set small achievable goals to do that.

I will outline my health goals as I set them. My first health goal:

3 months of fitness without stopping
at least 3 times per week
at leaset 15mins
