So far this week I'm on track. I've done my Zumba and Kettlebells class on Monday. I've gone running Sunday and Tuesday morning. I've been on track with my eating and water.
Today it's another Zumba/Kettlebells evening. I'm a little sore still, but nothing major. My butt and the back of my legs. That shouldn't really surprise me though. Kettlebells really works out these muscles.
I can't wait to see if I'm making progress on the scale.
I'm excited for classes tonight again. I'm enjoying them. But I'm always nervous about getting up the next morning and running. Mind you, I've only got one more morning, then two days off to let my muscles recover.
This is awesome. I'm 75% of the way successfully through this week.
