Did it anyway

Insomnia last night, intense day at work, didn't think I had any energy in me for a workout. Creative solution: half hour plus on the phone walking around, doing leg raises, calf rocking, anything I could do with phone in hand. I got in 35 min of stretching, and I felt better when I got off the phone.

And just to report, since 1/1 I have
Done a daily blog
Kept up with my new teams
Done my daily team goals
Drunk my daily green tea
Lost 4 lbs
