I was really sick for 6 days and was unable to exercise. I am now back to being able to get on my treadmill. Wow, I hate to admit it but I missed it. I'm actually sore from the last 2 days of exercise. It took me along time to get started with exercise and now I miss all the benefits it provides me:
Feeling mentally better
Wanting to stay withing my calorie range
Tackling projects instead of laying on the couch
More productive at work
Making better food choices
I just can't "ruin" a good sweaty calorie burn with unhealthy high calorie food!
My goal for 2014 is to just do it without whining and I believe I'm off to a good start!!!
