Back among the living

I was really sick for 6 days and was unable to exercise. I am now back to being able to get on my treadmill. Wow, I hate to admit it but I missed it. I'm actually sore from the last 2 days of exercise. It took me along time to get started with exercise and now I miss all the benefits it provides me:
Feeling mentally better
Wanting to stay withing my calorie range
Feeling healthier
Tackling projects instead of laying on the couch
More productive at work
Making better food choices
I just can't "ruin" a good sweaty calorie burn with unhealthy high calorie food!
My goal for 2014 is to just do it without whining and I believe I'm off to a good start!!!

    emoticon It is Great that you are feeling better and that you are able to Exercise again!! It really doesn't take long to get addicted to those Exercise Endorphins! !
