I'm posting my blog early today because im about to go to work and then after work ill have to go straight to bed(shouldn't have stayed up until 2 and woke up at 11 during break!) lets just say my sleeping schedule is all messed up!lol
Heres what I ate today!
-Breakfast essential drink
-Can of tuna
-Apple with peanut butter
-Shake n' Bake chicken
-Taking a special k bar to work!
Didn't really get a work out in today I did do 25 push ups and crunches though! That total gym kicked my butt yesterday and my stomach is sore! I will probably start using the total gym at least two times a week! Well I got to go get ready for work! Hope everyone has a wonderful night!:)
