With very little modesty I am pleased to announce that I NAILED IT yesterday. Fruit and yogurt for breakfast, Mexican-style grilled chicken salad for lunch, trail mix for a snack, fresh home-made whole-wheat pasta and a salad for dinner. AND I went to the gym.

Sometimes you really need a "win," you know?
