I did my 2nd day of yoga. (1 hour) It was a cardio yoga.
We didn't go for a walk yet because of the weather but we will go for a walk later.
I made couscous for lunch. It was really good.
I made the Couscous as directed on the box.
I sautéed a whole sweet onion and a few stalks of celery,some garlic powder,then added the Couscous.
Then I added a small can of Rotel and a can of petite tomatoes.
It had a nice hot taste but not overly hot. My husband loved it.
That's it so far. Exercising early in the day is great. Anything else I do now is "gravy".
Let's Focus on moving forward.
