Hello emoticon

In the next few blogs I will be explaining my goals for the year that I have thought about. Most of my goals all tie in together with each other and this is what I've decided to do for my overall health.



In the past I was never able to stick with anything I said I would do. So my goal is to choose an area in my life and set a short/long term goal for consistency.

1. Practice healthy habits
2. Fitness
3. Happiness/Fun
4. Career moves

    yes good luck.
I have made simple goals at 68
read a book every week so far I am doing
financial classes on what as seniors we can or probably for me can't got a 5 hour on schedule
try yoga?? emoticon

    Good luck. It's also totally okay to go a little at a time. Say, work on getting your healthy food choices and willpower under control for two weeks. Once that's a habit, add in exercise and make it a habit. :0)
