In the next few blogs I will be explaining my goals for the year that I have thought about. Most of my goals all tie in together with each other and this is what I've decided to do for my overall health.
In the past I was never able to stick with anything I said I would do. So my goal is to choose an area in my life and set a short/long term goal for consistency.
