This is an interesting link if you want to know how many calories you burn if you are inactive all day.
My weekend away was disastrous in the chocolate area, but otherwise very enjoyable. Am almost back to my normal self (always seem to get ill or depressed after I’ve been away anywhere) and have now added “no chocolates” to my list of streaks.
Looking forward to BLC24 starting tomorrow, but not looking forward to tomorrow’s weigh in!
As of tomorrow I am streaking the following:
Lose at least 1 pound/wk
Walk every day (and for at least 20 minutes for 5 of those days)
Callanetics “10 years younger in 10 hours” DVD three times a week
4 pints of water every day
Plan my meals for the next day every day
Track what I’ve eaten every day
No chocolates at all ever!
