In the past I have been very hard on myself setting really unatainable goals that when I failed to meet I threw in the towel. This year I am trying to take a realistic view of my weight loss journey. I don't want to "diet" I want to make a lifestyle change that sticks. I want to be a good example to my twins, that through healthy eating and exercising you can be healthy and happy. Here are my goals for this year:
1.) Lose one pound a month, anymore is gravy!
2.) Work out three to four times a week.
3.) Only have wine one night a week (Saturday night)
4.) Keep snacks that are healthy and yummy in the house
That's it, nice and simple :o)
