B - spinach omelet, 0.5C black rice, cherry tomatoes, coffee + milk

S - post workout protein shake

D - 0.75 black rice, top sirloin and flank grilled steaks, mushrooms

D/S - 0.5C So Delicious Chocolate Velvet Soy Ice Cream, coffee + milk

E - Rest day

Total - Cal - 1466, Fat - 42, Carbs - 157, Protein - 127

Today is day 13 but my exercise if from day 10, last two days were not best in my life but I'm back on track.
