my lowest for a while was 164 so three pounds over the holidays isn't bad but considering I am doing medifast MOSTLY I should be losing not staying the same.
I was ravenous during the day after my heavier workouts. I have been concerned about nutrition with the medifast because its all dehydrated processed food I am so much more comfortable with real food but also real food was keeping me at 188.
Started adding some kombucha, kefir and will make some sauerkraut tomorrow. that and adding more greens during the day should be my focus. I tend to "slip" or reach for a treat when I feel a little down so I need to be more aware.
