That's how I feel right now. In more then one way.
Our planned trip to Hawaii is not looking so planned right now. Hubby's daughter as planned a trip for the same time we were suppose to be there visiting her and the family. We'd made plans for the Hilo part and then spend time in Honolulu. Now I'm not sure what we're doing. Hubby checked the class schedule (he's taking a class to keep one of his licenses updated) in both Hilo and Honolulu, with the plan being to take the class in Honolulu in the first week of June. Then spend the rest of the week with the family there. Hilo isn't even sure they are having a class. So do we rearrange our whole schedule to accommodate his daughter (thus scraping our plans for Memorial Day weekend in Hilo)? Do we wait to see what classes are available on each island? Or do we scarp Honolulu altogether and just do a week or so in Hilo? Hubby will have to make this call.
The good thing is..no tickets are bought yet.
Next up....Karry called and she wants to bring the kids down for Spring Break!
Including Tucker! Which just fine with me. Only thing is...with the trip to Hawaii...I can only take one day off from work while they are here. I told her that and she was OK with that. We'll let Caleb and Tucker sleep in the trailer if they want too.
We'll have to fill one of the water tanks but that should be OK. Then they'll have a working bathroom. If the Hawaii trip gets cut down to a week or so, I'll have more time to take off. It's all fluid right now.
Now weight/eating/working out... I seem to be stuck. I'm back doing my workouts at work. Last week I was doing the treadmill, today I tried the stationary bike. I would normally do this week on the elliptical, but I saw someplace where that's not really a good workout for losing weight. I just kind of figured that as long as I got my HR up...it would be OK. My HR didn't get up as high today as when I do the elliptical and I didn't get as many steps on my FitBit (they don't register on the bike I guess) but I did burn 308 calories in an hour. I don't know if I'm going back to the elliptical or not tomorrow.
I also keep saying I need to workout at home but just can't seem to get that done.
Eating is still hit and miss. But better then it has been. I've had a few slips here and there. As a result..my weight seems to be stuck. I go down a pound or two and then up a pound or two. It's so frustrating!
But I'll keep working on it.
Hubby went back to work today. He's feeling better and getting around better. Now we have to deal with his feet issues. He's been using the scooters when we go shopping that are in the stores.
