Hope everybody had a wonderful Monday! Today was the first day back to class and everything went pretty good I LOVE my schedule this semester because I am done Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by 10:50 and on Tuesday and Thursday im done by 12:15, but on Thursday I'm there all day! It gives me plenty of time to work out before I have to go to work at 5 usually!
Today was my first day of working out again and I feel great! It was a nice day so I decided to go out to a county park and went on a 2 mile walk! I also went over to my aunts and tried the turbo gym for the first time, I only did it for 15 minutes but my arms and legs are kind of sore! I am definitely going to start using the turbo gym a couple times a week! It feels so great to get back into the swing of things!
Here's what I ate today!
I was kind of running a little late this morning so I really didn't have time to make anything fancy, on my way out the door I just grabbed a banana and a oatmeal square bar, the are only 150 calories and aren't to bad!
-Apple with peanut butter
-Campbell's heart healthy chicken noodle soup
-Spicy Italian turkey dog? Its shaped like a hot dog I just threw it on a pan and let it cook, then I put a little pizza sauce and cheese on it! It was pretty good! And not to many calories!
I haven't had a snack yet today but everyone knows how I was craving cookie dough the other day? I did find a healthy cookie dough recipe that a friend posted on facebook and im going to try it tonight as a snack ill let ya know how it turns out all it is:
*1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
*1 tablespoon of peanut butter
*1 tablespoon of chocolate chips
its says you can add 1 tablespoon of sugar but I probably wont
I cant wait to try it!
