Busy times, getting back into the swing, readjusting my schedule, all the junk out of the house now so it should be better...
30 spark points a day: I've been on track with this the last 4 days in a row, yay! I'll work my way up to more but it's still a good goal for consistency.
8 cups of water: going to take this one off my tracking on the blog - it's really quite easy :)
8 hours sleep: still getting more like 7 a night. I find it hard to go to bed early enough!
Actively smile/actively be nice to DH (added that one): this is working out really well! we actually had a date night for the first time in several months - just hanging out watching Sherlock but it was great 'alone' time. So nice!
Exercise 10 minutes a day (good goal to start with):yes, not daily yet but 3 out of 4 of the last 4 days...starting to wear my pedometer now and it's interesting to see how few steps I get when I don't get out for even a walk - maybe 4000 steps. Not enough!
Come up with a savings goal: not done yet :) I have a vacation I'm taking with a friend in November. I think we'll start with that goal. We're meeting next week and we should figure out a budget at that time!
Do something towards automated income: we have a couple of new contracts and a great new invention we're working on - the strategy here is to figure out how to get others to buy or license the invention - we don't want to be manufacturers. And if we can get that solid, we can replicate over and over (loads of ideas, totally know how to develop the science and prototypes, it's the sales/marketing that we're not interested in)
Getting the flu shot tomorrow for the family. Been a great start to the new year - hope you are all well too!
