One Pound Down toward the 10%

One pound down from last week. I am not sad, the scale moved in the right direction so that's a good thing!
Before, I would think what is one lousy pound, argh this is going to take for-ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Remember that the scale is usually the last place to show your progress. And if you only lost one lb per week that is still a 52# weight loss in a year. You know you'll have better weeks. I think you are doing emoticon . Don't let the scale get you down.
I have learned, the hard way and through a long ago eating disorder that weighing too often is counterproductive.

    That is so me! If I didn't see the scale move I would just have a mini tantrum and say whatevah!! I would just use it as an excuse. Now I am able to say ok, then try harder and most of the time I do.

One pound is FANTASTIC Dee, it really is. We are doing this one pound at a time, how wonderful to check one off!! emoticon emoticon

    Good for you Dee~! 1 lb down is a lb to celebrate!~ I'm afraid I've been going up 1 lb at a time so I'd take 1 in the other direction any time :)
Keep going . . . just remember there are 52 weeks in a year . . . 1 lb per week . . . .
