Good weekend

So my weekend went pretty well, I ate perfectly Saturday so allowed myself a couple of cheat foods yesterday. Saturday I had Applebees for supper, their low calorie meals are THE BEST! Sunday I had a Five Guys burger (mmmmmm) and an M&M blast from Sonic for dessert. Truthfully, the ice cream made me feel pretty crappy and I was sorry I used that as a cheat food lol. I think my body is getting used to liking healthy foods which is great! I'll probably have a rest day today, long one at work and my hubby has the evening off. =) Next weekend my Mom is making me a birthday dinner, and I'm trying to think of something healthy for her to make (including a dessert).     I always feel terrible after eating "bad for me" foods. But my brain never reminds me until after I eat it. lol

Oh man, I LOVE 5 Guys!!

My roommate wanted Cracker Barrel on Saturday so I tried something off of their new "wholesome" menu. Not too bad! I wish all restaurants not only had healthy options, but had their nutrition info online. We eat at Chipotle once a week because I can use their nutrition "menu builder".

    I know exactly what you mean about the ice cream. I sometimes eat it even though I know I won't feel well afterward.

    Yum!!! And congrats! It's the little victories we make daily!

I have also been feeling icky after eating "not healthier" foods...but I like to use them as a good lesson of why I like eating smarter!
