So my weekend went pretty well, I ate perfectly Saturday so allowed myself a couple of cheat foods yesterday. Saturday I had Applebees for supper, their low calorie meals are THE BEST! Sunday I had a Five Guys burger (mmmmmm) and an M&M blast from Sonic for dessert. Truthfully, the ice cream made me feel pretty crappy and I was sorry I used that as a cheat food lol. I think my body is getting used to liking healthy foods which is great! I'll probably have a rest day today, long one at work and my hubby has the evening off. =) Next weekend my Mom is making me a birthday dinner, and I'm trying to think of something healthy for her to make (including a dessert).
