The 100 day challenge

If you GOOGLE "100 Day Challenge" right now all kinds of awesome articles and YouTube videos come up - people losing weight, learning to dance, changing their life just by committing to something new for 100 days. For me its nothing new (except I'm never this consistent) - just committing to 100 days of checking in on Spark People and logging my calorie count. I am still exercising and drinking water but my MAIN focus is on being accountable for my food intake. I even decided for fun to reward myself for smaller milestones - 30 days = professional pedicure, 60 days = 5 new pairs of panties, 100 days = a facial.
Silly as it sounds this is kind of a big deal for me to commit to do something for 100 days in a row. I'm a slacker. Big on dreams and often low on stamina for the long haul. Not this time though - its only 100 days right? And so far I've done 3. Just 97 more to go...
