Day 12, At a birthday party.

It was so exiting to attend the birthday party of my twin nephews.
I planed what to eat and every thing was fine. I had good strategies to manage hunger and avoid starving. I drink coffee before the birthday food and cake so I can control my hunger and be calm to make better choice.
I did it perfectly and I'm in total control of what I'm eating. Chose fresh strawberries that should be ate with melted chocolate but I ate it without the chocolate
