Today was lovely day with my kids. After a healthy 300 calorie breakfast. We went out for lunch. I did a very good choice. 1 cup of rice, saute vegetables and grilled chicken. Well done till now.
Then we went for shopping and my husband joined us to have our dinner out too
Tried to did a good choice. Seafood soup and 6 pieces sushi. When I returned I found myself didn't gain weight. Well done
Till now every thing is going fine. But when I returned home I ate one more time meal of 300 cal. yogurt, oats, honey and almonds. For no reason I wasn't even hungry. At this time I gain weight. I hate when I eat just because I want not because I need. Never do it again. But will go out again.
