Today's weigh in was zero change from last week.
But wait! How can that be? I weighed myself on Friday (not my official weigh-in day!) and I was down almost two pounds from my last weigh-in. If I said I'm not a little disappointed to see zero official weight change on my official weigh in day, I'd be lying. BUT there is more to the story.
1. I ate my weekly indulgence allotment between my sneak- peak weigh in and today.
2. I have been strength training.
3. I could stand to drink more water
My feeling is that there is quite a bit of salt-induced water weight and a bit of "wasn't careful enough this weekend" at play. Better luck this week!
I can, however, see a change in my body. My clothes fit better, my stomach is more toned, and my posture is better. Things are good in the hood. I'll get there eventually.
