I don't forget to eat. Nope, not a problem here. I'm eating constantly. Well, every 3-4 hours. I might end up eating at 7 pm tonight, because of plans to workout 5-6.
6 am -breakfast -2 eggs, whole wheat bread, fruit
9 am -snack -yogurt or fruit
12 noon -lunch -salad with tuna or grilled chicken, or leftovers, or go out to lunch
3 pm -snack -fruit & cheese stick
6 pm -dinner (wider variety of choices)
9 pm -yogurt for "dessert" except Saturday when I get a real dessert
