Day 12 Fuel or filler.

Some of the fillers I reach for are:
Dressing
Hot chocolate
bread & butter

I don't know why, but I crave bread & butter sometimes.

    Since I gave up wheat, I never crave it. Wish that worked for sugar but it didn't. Maybe giving up wheat entirely will help. It does a lot to get rid of water weight too!!

    I love bread but it doesn't love me :(
Since cutting back (or even cutting out for longer periods) on wheat the weight dropped off... then my DD visited and I got back to eating it more and I still carry the extra 7 ponds :( Time to get off the wheat again!
